I decided to try to sketch out a weight-loss goal chart, focusing on a larger block of weight, the BMI Classifications, as milestones. I am roughly aiming for a 10-pound loss per month. On January 1st, I started off a 225, the heaviest I’ve ever weighed. Previously, I lost 85 pounds in 9 months, and am attempting to do it again. 

BMI Class The Numbers When
Underweight: less than 18 BMI or 100 lb Not a goal
Normal Weight: 19 – 24 BMI or 105 – 130 lb. October 1 (goal)
Overweight: 25 – 29 BMI or 135 – 160 lb. July 1 (goal)
Obese Class I: 30 – 34 BMI or 165 – 185 lb. April 21 (goal)
Obese Class II: 35 – 39 BMI or 190 – 215 lb. February 10 – DID IT!!
Obese Class III: 40+ or 220 lb.+ NEVER AGAIN!

 

Keto Take Two

I started anew on June 29, and lost about 15 pounds in 5 weeks. I’m aiming for a loss of 10 – 12 lb per month, or 2 – 3 lb per week.
